How it works

From idea to a working app, one milestone at a time.

Here is exactly what happens between posting your project and getting matched with a developer.

Start your project
1

Describe your idea

Answer a few short questions about what you want to build: the kind of app, the features you need, and your budget. You can start without an account, and only sign up once you're ready to publish.

2

Get matched with verified developers

We score your project against developers who have already built and published something similar. Every match comes with plain reasons, like a shared category, matching technologies, or a verified live app, so you can see why it's a good fit.

3

Review proposals

Interested developers send a proposal broken into milestones, each with a clear deliverable, a checklist, and a price. You can compare proposals side by side before accepting one.

4

Work begins, milestone by milestone

Once you accept a proposal, the milestones carry over into a contract. Work happens one milestone at a time, so you always know exactly what's being built next.

5

Approve each milestone

You approve each milestone as it's completed. Payments are not live yet. We'll let you know as soon as they are.

6

Leave a review

Once the contract wraps up, you can leave a review, helping other clients find the same developer for their own project.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to start?

No. You can describe your project and get a preview of your match without creating an account. You'll only need one once you're ready to publish your project.

How are developers verified?

We check developers against apps they've actually published, including live App Store or Play Store links where available. Verified badges are shown honestly, separate from any self-reported numbers.

How many proposals will I get?

This depends on your project and how many developers are a strong match. You can review every proposal you receive and choose the one that fits best.

Can I message a developer before accepting a proposal?

Yes. You can message any developer who has sent a proposal or been suggested for your project. Contact details are kept private until a contract exists, to keep things safe for both sides.
