These terms are an agreement between you and Steffen Giebler, 52N34S Group, Schwedter Str. 25, 10119 Berlin, Germany (support@52n34s.com). They cover erdibuilds.app and the ErdiBuilds platform.
ErdiBuilds is currently in beta. You can create an account, describe projects, build a developer profile, get matched, send and accept proposals and exchange messages. Payments through the platform are not available yet. Features may change, and we may add, adjust or remove functionality while we improve the platform. Before payments go live, we will present updated terms, which you will need to accept.
ErdiBuilds connects people who want an app built (clients) with developers. We are not a party to the agreements between clients and developers and do not perform development work ourselves. Developers decide independently which projects they take on and are responsible for their own work.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Developers must be registered businesses. We may review, approve or decline developer profiles at our discretion.
You keep ownership of the content you upload, such as project descriptions, profile information and portfolio items. You grant us the right to store, display and process this content as needed to run the platform, including showing public project pages and public developer profiles where you have chosen public visibility. Only upload content you have the right to share.
To keep matching, reviews and future payment protection meaningful, please keep communication and agreements for projects found on ErdiBuilds on the platform. Contact details in messages may be hidden until a contract exists.
Please do not provide false information, impersonate others, harass other users, upload unlawful content, scrape or automate access, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, for intent and gross negligence, under the German Product Liability Act, and where we have given a guarantee. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of a material contractual obligation, and in that case only for the foreseeable damage typical for this type of agreement. Any further liability is excluded. We are not responsible for agreements between clients and developers or for the quality of development work.
You can delete your account at any time in your settings. We may close accounts with reasonable notice, or immediately in case of serious breaches of these terms.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer with your habitual residence in another EU member state, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of that state. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes before they take effect. The current version is always available at erdibuilds.app/terms.
